The hotel's open air restaurant looks out over the landscaped grounds from under a thirty foot cathedral ceiling in a traditional palenque structure. Local art adorns the stucco walls. Our chefs, create breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus featuring a mix of traditional American cuisine, traditional Costa Rican cuisine, and international fusion. The menu changes frequently to feature the freshest locally grown produce, poultry, meat, catch of the day seafood and vine ripened tropical fruit available.
Arrival Saturday:
Lunch: TBA
Dinner: Hearts of Palm salad. Whole snapper, grilled vegetables,rice, black beans and plantains.
Celebration Cake or Fresh Fruit.
Sunday:
Breakfast: Breakfast buffet with pancake station.
Lunch: Greek salad. Fish n chips or Chicken fingers n fries.
Celery and carrot sticks with dip. Fresh fruit.
Dinner: Pasta salad. Chicken cordon bleu, loaded mashed potatoes, green beans and carrots.
Bananas Foster Flambe with vanilla ice cream or Fresh Fruit.
Monday:
Breakfast: Breakfast buffet with omelet station.
Lunch: Green salad. Costa Rican Casado buffet with chicken, beef, or shrimp.
Picadillo vegetables, rice and red beans. Fresh Fruit.
Dinner: Cesar salad. Meat or Vegetarian Lasagna. Garlic bread.
Cheesecake or Fresh Fruit.
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Breakfast buffet with waffle station.
Lunch: Hamburger bar with fixings, French fries. Fresh Fruit.
Dinner: Chicken empanada with chimichurri salsa.
Roasted whole pig, potato salad and grilled vegetables.
Dusted Lemon Bars or Fresh Fruit.
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Breakfast buffet with breakfast burrito station.
Lunch: Chips, chimichurri salsa and guacamole.
Taco/burrito buffet with chicken, fish and pork with all the fixings. Fresh Fruit.
Dinner: Hot n Sour Soap. Orange chicken, roasted potatoes, sauteed vegetables.
Dutch apple pie with frozen passion fruit or Fresh Fruit.
Thursday:
Breakfast: Breakfast buffet with pancake station.
Dinner: Cole slaw. BBQ ribs, mashed potatoes and green beans.
Decadent brownie dessert or Fresh Fruit.
Friday:
Breakfast: Breakfast buffet with omelet station.
Lunch: Chicken Aztec soup. Buffet of ceviche with patacones, Lebanese Tabouli, hummus,
grilled vegetables with pita bread. Fresh Fruit.
Dinner: Ginger carrot soup.
Beef tenderloin with red wine mushroom sauce, baked potato and steamed vegetables.
Banana crepe desert or Fresh Fruit.
Departure Saturday:
Breakfast: Breakfast buffet with waffle station.

"I admit I was seriously trepidatious. I like lifestyle parties but gave up lifestyle trips because usually these promoters "say" takeover, but it's not really. Especially these full resort type takeovers. Nor do I dance! I like to sit back and take in all the action, and then connect with people and see if there is chemistry. I arrived with a scowl on my face and my arms crossed.
Within the first hour I was smiling, by the second hour I was naked, by the third hour I was out by the pool and Ron was teaching
me his infamous "butt in-butt out" dance! LOL If you don't dance or don't like to dance...see Ron! He will change your life!
The rest of the 7 days were a blur of laughter, adventure and smiles. Toni...you are the bomb! The B O M B!
I don't know where you get the energy. She was there when you wanted her, and left you alone when you didn't.

"There isn't much more we can say that hasn't been said about how wonderful the resort is ,and how great the staff are,
and how Ron and Toni are without comparison as lifestyle hosts. It's all fact! I want to talk about the FUN!
The activities planned in the resort were a blast. The theme dances, which my wife loves, were perfect for the location and didn't
require a lot of luggage space! The pool parties were a BLAST and the "serve yourself bar" incredible!
The staff kept it stocked and when I asked for some top shelf brands, they accommodated me. I didn't mind the surcharge a bit!
We went on all the group excursions and they were top notch. Toni arranges quality transportation in comfortable air conditioned vehicles, not your usual Costa Rica chicken bus! The resort also arranged for us to do some other excursions on our own. They could not have been more accommodating! Now let's talk about the play room! You walk up these stairs to what feels like you are climbing into the jungle and find this wonderful building that is the yoga studio! Ron and Toni converted that to the play room! LOL It was great! Nice comfortable beds, a sex swing (which the wife loved and now I have to buy one), a Sybian and some contraption Toni had for flogging. If you've never been flogged before, ask Toni to session you in! Thanks again R&T!"

The resort itself has macaws, toucans, white face monkeys, some raccoon looking thing, bazillions of butterflies and even more flowers. The nature hike at Manuel Antonio is not to be missed. Then there is all the monkey business in the boom boom room!
